Yoga is one of the most ancient Indian cultural heritage designed to make you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditating make you healthier in your body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, and shape up – all at the same time and also helps you to:

Unlike other Yoga centres and gyms with classes
usually in a big group of more than 30 people, Simple Life’s yoga classes will NOT exceed more than 10 students. We aim at providing maximum attention to our students and one-on-one classes are also provided on request.
